What Is Elevate?
Elevate is a Student Ministry Conference started in 2011 in Gatlinburg, TN. It is a high-energy, relationally- structured weekend that includes speaker, worship, small-group time, and plenty of fun stuff to do. The majority of our attendees take this opportunity to ski or snowboard, however, we have many who choose to spend their free time in the immensely entertaining city of Gatlinburg instead!

Costs Includes: All conference sessions, three (3) nights lodging at the Edgewater Hotel & Conference Center in Gatlinburg, three (3) breakfasts, three (2) days of skiing/snowboarding (depending on the selected package), tram tickets. Tram tickets are included for non-skiers as well. We will also include a Pizza Supper on Saturday night after our first full day of being on the mountain.
Cash Needed: 6 meals including (2x on the road, and 4x in town). If you are a non-skier you will need money for meals and excursions.
Other: If you ski/snowboard, you will need to procure your own ski clothes and helmet– they are miserable to try to rent on the mountain! If you choose the non-ski package, individuals/groups cover any chosen activities. $100 non-refundable deposit will be due no later than December 5, 2025. Minimum payment for registration is $50.
